Please don't factor the price into your equations at all, okay? Just tell me honestly which is more likely to tempt you if you saw it lurking on a shelf. Cheers :) - I am too close to them and can't analyse them any more. ([info]rosamicula, you can change it back if you like ;)

The hypothetical book title would be Urban Gothic of the Second World War: Dark London, which explains the occassional London landmarks. Each of the images below comes from a photograph or painting of London during the war. (Scroll down for the images)
